Parakai Springs Lodge

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The private thermal spa was amazing. We had the pool all to ourselves at one stage and it was pure bliss. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The parking was great when we arrived, but we had to park on the road when we returned from a wedding as the car parks were full. The location was excellent with no traffic noise. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. They even offered us extra roll out beds for our kids. great value for money and we definitely plan on coming back.

The location was absolutely perfect for our getaway! We were thrilled to find the Parakai Hot pools nearby to ease our aches and pains. The staff were not only friendly, but also respected our privacy. Our room had a great view of the afternoon sun and warmed up nicely during the cool winter afternoon. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like a dream. We are part of the Kiwi group exploring our beautiful country instead of going overseas, and we will definitely be recommending this destination option to our friends. The staff were accommodating and the rooms were spacious with all the necessary amenities like oven stoves and spacious bathrooms. We loved having the swimming pool all to ourselves since there weren't many guests. The location is also within walking distance to the local store, which was a bonus. We will definitely be coming back!

The thermal pool and spa were absolutely jaw-dropping; always clean and available. The location was convenient, close to convenience stores and Helensville for more options. The room was nice, tidy, and had a good spa pool that filled up fast. The privacy and cleanliness of the facilities were impressive. The air conditioning and outdoor spa being ready to go on arrival was a pleasant surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

The property offers a wide range of facilities to make your stay pleasant.if you're into dirty linen, broken spa baths, and stained pillows. The outdoor pool, library, and free WiFi are totally worth it though.

Who doesn't love the smell of urine in the bathroom? It really adds to the ambiance of a 4-star rated location.

We had an amazing stay at Parakai Springs Lodge! the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the privacy and comfort of our Premier Room. the spa bath inside and hot tub outside were perfect for relaxation. the big bed was also great. We liked that we could cook our own food in the kitchen and went fishing off Shelley beach wharf. Can't wait to stay again!

Felt so at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, giving the place a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the convenient access and easy parking made it hassle-free to come and go. Plus, there was a TV in the room, so we could relax in bed and watch our favorite shows.

the pool and outdoor spa seemed to have some water problems, as they weren't properly cleaned or filled. These issues were eventually resolved by the morning, but it was still a bit of a letdown.

Had a great time at a lodge with a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub. Free WiFi and parking were a bonus. The nearby restaurant was delicious.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is close to Auckland and Shelly Beach, offering beautiful views. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some even offering a private spa and big spa bath. The heated pool is a highlight, especially during winter. Additionally, the lodge provides easy access to Parakai Springs and Palm Springs.

The receptionist lacked friendliness and didn't provide a warm welcome to guests.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. Friendly staff even helped me retrieve forgotten earphones. On-site car park, kitchen, AC, fitness center, and outdoor pool make it perfect for a weekend getaway.

The location was perfect for our needs, and the assistant manager, Bronwyn, was friendly and helpful. it was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back this year. The motel has a lovely atmosphere, with spa pools on the deck and hot pools at the front. It's also worth mentioning that the on-site laundromat was a convenient bonus. Our grandkids had a blast too!
